Common questions

• How do I place an order? Open a product, choose colour/storage if available, tap Add to Cart, then open the Cart and continue to checkout. Payment is cash on delivery.
• How do I track my order? Go to the Orders tab to see the current status of every order.
• How do I change my delivery address? Profile → My Addresses.
• I didn’t receive my SMS code. Check the number is correct and has signal, wait for the timer, then tap resend. If it still fails, contact us by email.
• How do I delete my account? Profile → Delete Account.
